Hélène Aubert, teaching in a primary school located in an unpriviledged area, in Paris suburbs, came to the RIDEF in order to deal with her daily teaching problems. She also decided to follow this long workshop to be able to adapt to her own context and own pupils the general strategies developing the democratic participation of the children. 

She's now leaving the RIDEF Italia  with pragmatic solutions but also and above all with a strong desire to commit herself in her district, to enlarge the children influence in the decision-making processes in her city, her team and her school. She was really moved by examples of children contributions to society. 
She's now sharing with us her experience of the workshop and her plans for the next school year. She's so enthusiastic that we feel like imitating her  when reading her...

Hélène Aubert était venue à la RIDEF avec des préoccupations de classe bien précises. Elle a choisi l'atelier long animé par Jean Le GAL pour trouver des stratégies, pour surmonter les difficultés vécues au quotidien dans son école.

Elle repart la RIDEF de Reggio avec des réponses mais aussi et surtout avec l'envie de militer dans sa ville pour faire avancer la part des enfants dans la cité, dans l'école, dans l'équipe. Parce qu'elle a été touchée d'apprendre que "des propositions d'enfants qui au départ semblaient ne concerner que les enfants ont abouti à des changements de société".

Elle nous livre le témoignage de sa participation à l'atelier long et comment elle compte s'y prendre dès la prochaine rentrée pour veiller à ce que tous les enfants de sa classe aient  "voix au chapitre".  Son enthousiasme est contagieux.  Lire la suite pour en savoir plus.
