La loi du 4 mars 2002, relative à l’autorité parentale,  a signifié aux parents, qu’ils doivent associer l’enfant aux décisions qui le concernent selon son âge et son degré de maturité.  Cependant peu de familles ont actuellement tenté de mettre en place la participation démocratique des enfants.

Il est vrai que c’est un changement qui suscite de nombreuses interrogations comme en témoignent les parents qui participent aux ateliers de démocratie familiale fonctionnant à Nantes depuis 2002.

Síntesis de los encuentros virtuales del CA en septiembre, octubre y noviembre. Convención de la CAMEM: La cuenta sobre la convención es hecha con Samie y la convención está al nivel del CA FIMEM para su estudio. Nuccia, Mariel, Sylviane y Antoinette ya habían recogido informaciones para aclararel CA en su entidad en condiciones de tomar frente a esta convención. Proyecto Congo y Burkina Faso: Los proyectos ya están en el CA. Los análisis se realizarán en enero.

CAMEM convention The convention is being finalized with Samie and is now at the FIMEM Board level to be examined. Nuccia, Mariel, Sylviane and Antoinette have already collected information to give a clear picture to the Board as to its position concerning the convention. Congo and Burkina Faso project The project is at the Board level and analyses will be carried out in January. Translation of texts The general motion on education, infor69 and the President's letter are already translated into English and Spanish.
